To discuss a return or refund of your purchase for any reason please contact us as soon as possible. Our policies are in line with New Zealand consumer law and are outlined below

Faulty products - If the product you have purchased from us is faulty (wrong product, expired etc) we will happily replace this with a new product or provide a refund.  Should you find your product to be faulty, please contact us as soon as possible

Non-faulty products - Due to the consumable nature of our products we do not replace or refund for change-of-mind purchases. Refunds and replacements will only be carried out should the products be faulty or incorrect

No surprises - it's FREE to all NZ orders placed ! We ship flat rate to Australia and calculate for the rest of the world at competitive shipping rates.

Shipping generally takes 1 - 2 buiness days for South Island deliveries and 2 - 3 business days for North Island deliveries
